    Hi Mrs. Carrington’s Class,
Here in Canada, we had Thanksgiving on October 12. It’s neat to find out about other countries’ similarities and differences.
P.S. You may visit our class blog at http://huzzah.edublogs.org/ if you like.

Eric, thanks for visiting our site. We are enjoying learning about other countries’ customs as well. What are some of your Thanksgiving traditions? Most of the students in our class really enjoy the great food we eat while spending time with family and friends. Many of us will be traveling to a relative’s house for the traditional Thanksgiving turkey and dressing. Of course, the boys really love the fact that they will be able to watch lots of football games on TV during the holidays. We are going to link your class blog to our site and would love for your class to do the same if possible.

        Hi Mrs. Carrington,
On Thanksgiving here we eat turkey and stuffing. And we say what we’re thankful for, like a house to live in or food to eat.
P.S. You’ll be on our Blogroll soon!

Eric, It sounds like we have pretty much the same Thanksgiving traditions and foods. I am really looking forward to the three day holiday we will have in order to observe this holiday. Most of the children in my class will be traveling to a relatives house for turkey and dressing and all the yummy desserts. Hope you have a great rest of the week.
